How to Measure your Pet
The following guide is to help you take the measurements of your pet in order to choose the correct size that fits your puppy.
Make sure your furbaby is standing in an upright position, in order to take the correct measurements.
All measurement charts in our products reflect the size of those products, not the size of individual pets.
Confirm that you have the correct measurements before placing the order, but if you are not sure which size to choose, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
BACK LENGTH
To measure your pet’s back, you must take the measurement from the nape of the neck to where its tail starts. Always add an extra 1 cm, or that your finger can pass, so that the measurements will not too tight for your puppy. Make sure your furry friend is standing in an upright position before taking this measure.
UNDERBELLY
Take measurements from where the neck ends to the end of its belly. This is what the coat will cover underneath.
NECK CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure the circumference of the neck at its widest part. This is generally where the neck meets the body. Always add an extra 1 cm, or that your finger can pass, so that the measurements will not too tight for your pet.
NECK LENGTH
This is for the fleece collar. Measure from the nape of the neck to where the ears begin. For the rain coat, it may be that the collar is a little longer because it is designed so that you can cover your pet’s ears if you wish.
CHEST GIRTH
Measure around your pet’s chest at its widest part. Make sure your furry friend is standing in an upright position before taking this measure.
CHEST FRONT (FOR HARNESSES)
This measurement is for harnesses. Measure the width of your pet’s chest to behind the legs.
